The President of Defence Commission Mohamed Sahib AlDaraji presided the Board of Directors meeting, as all the members of the Commission attended that meeting, the board reviews the past performance of the Commission which is listed on its agenda, engaging in strategic plans of action to provide ongoing support regarding small arms and light weapons projects. The members came up with new strategies that will guide the Commission into the future through its various stages of growth by discussing several projects that outlined by planning department as well as the discussing the suggested plans been submitted by administrative and financial department. The meeting covered a discussion about building firm structural management and other issues related to the Commission staff and its workflow.

The Commission President AlDaraji pointed out the effective strategy to overcome any possible obstacles that could impede the Commission vital projects within its timeframe, Aldaraji decided to form a specialized committee to supervised and maintain the staff performance to established suitable environment of productivity.
