The Military Industrialization Authority and the Technological University sign a framework agreement for bilateral cooperation.

His Excellency the Head of the Military Industrialization Authority, Engineer Mohammed Sahib Al-Daraji, and the President of the University of Technology, Ahmed Al-Ghaban, in the presence of the Director General of the Legal Department at the Authority, Ayad Nouri, and the Director General of the Economic Department, Mohammed Qusay, signed a framework agreement for joint scientific and technical cooperation between the Authority and the University of Technology.

His Excellency the Head of the Authority stated that "the agreement stipulates the transfer of research and development outputs, knowledge, and university technology to the military industrialization sector, and the utilization of modern technological research and academic expertise in fields related to military manufacturing and civilian industries." He emphasized the importance of "training University of Technology students to support the concept of military industrialization and encourage their innovation."

Engineer Al-Daraji affirmed that "the Military Industrialization Authority is an executive arm of the University of Technology, and it adopts research projects by University of Technology students related to military industrialization in order to activate the research aspect."

It is worth noting that the Military Industrialization Authority constantly strives to achieve scientific cooperation with universities and scientific and research centers to support military industries in Iraq.
