Providing proposals and giving opinions regarding projects included in the investment or operational plan, as well as partnership and joint projects, whether military or civilian. Offering recommendations for prioritizing proposed military and civilian projects, reviewing plans, bills of quantities, and technical specifications across all specialties, evaluating feasibility studies of submitted military and civilian projects, and ensuring their compliance with the approved guideline manual. Supervising and monitoring the Authority’s testing and acceptance laboratories, ensuring their adherence to approved standards, and implementing the quality management system.
