Affiliated Formations
Representing the Authority before courts and other judicial and official bodies, following up on lawsuits filed by or against the Authority, preparing regulations and providing legal opinions regarding them, and coordinating with relevant authorities. Advising the Chairman of the Authority on forming investigative committees, organizing contracts, reviewing agreements and memoranda of understanding related to the Authority’s work, and verifying, examining, and approving guarantees, undertakings, and contracts.
