The head of the Military Production Authority visits Badr and Oqba factories and inspects the production lines.

His Excellency, Engineer Mohammed Sahib Al-Darraji, Head of the Military Production Authority, visited the Badr and Oqba factories affiliated with the Authority to review the workflow and production lines.

During his tour, he inspected the hand grenades and mortar shells being produced at these two factories.

He pointed out the arrival of new production lines at the factories, including a production line for an aluminum machine suitable for dual-use industries, as it can be employed in both civilian and military manufacturing. He also noted that the site is prepared to receive a production line for ammunition rounds.

His Excellency confirmed that pistol rounds, NATO submachine gun rounds, and Kalashnikov rounds will be produced, in addition to a site for manufacturing hunting cartridges and some mechanical parts for guided bombs. At the same time, he highlighted that there will be a factory for producing smart bombs at the Badr and Oqba factories, which have been merged under a single directorate.
