Defense Industries Commission “DIC” welcomed a delegation from AL Turaath University Collage headed by the dean of the collage Jaffar Jaber Jawad, the delegation and the director of “DIC” Mohammed Sahib Al-Daraji discussed the possibility to conclude a framework agreement to have a special joint cooperation, the discussion also shed the light on other issues such as developing the research proposal related to defense manufacturing.

During the meeting  between the commission and the collage , Al- Daraji stressed the importance of supporting higher studies and the role of the private universities that specialized in defense industrialization, the two sides discussed the possibility of concluding a framework agreement to have joint cooperation in scientific and technical aspect, on tope of that the discussion went further to discuss how to use  qualifying collage knowledge to enrich the commission by providing technical and research expertise, further more giving scientific lessons and introductory lecture to the college students about the commission role in order to stimulate their minds in the field of developing military industries in Iraq.
