The Total Quality Management and Institutional Development Department at the Defence Industries Commission organized an awareness workshop titled “Total Quality Management and Institutional Development in the Context of Environmental Sustainability and Energy Efficiency,” targeting staff at the Commission’s headquarters and its affiliated units.
The workshop addressed the importance of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards—particularly quality and energy management systems—and their role in improving institutional performance, increasing resource efficiency, and promoting practices that support environmental sustainability and reduce waste.
The workshop is part of the Commission's efforts to instill a culture of quality and continuous improvement, and to develop institutional performance in line with sustainability requirements and to enhance work efficiency.
