The Legal Department of the Defense Industries Commission Holds a Specialized Workshop to Develop Legal Skills
The Legal Department of the Defense Industries Commission (DIC), in coordination with the Training and Development Division of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, held a specialized training workshop on contracts, legal regulations, and judicial pleadings. The workshop aimed to enhance the competence of the legal staff and strengthen their professional skills.
The workshop covered the mechanisms for drafting contracts and conducting their legal review, the drafting of legal regulations and memoranda, and the principles of pleading and the follow-up of lawsuits. These topics contribute to sound legal procedures and to protecting the rights of the Commission and its companies.
The workshop is part of the Commission's programs to develop its staff and raise institutional performance through specialized training and the exchange of expertise.
At the conclusion of the workshop, the Legal Department emphasized the importance of continuing training and development programs and the exchange of expertise. It noted that these efforts improve the quality of legal work and support the Commission's performance across all its fields of activity.
