On Monday, October 26, 2026, the Women’s Affairs Department at the Defense Industries Commission organized an awareness seminar titled “Personal Safety, Risk Prevention, and Legal Protection for Women” at the Commission's headquarters. The seminar was presented by Lieutenant Colonel Nadia Kazim Wadi of the Ministry of the Interior and attended by a number of female employees of the Commission.
The seminar addressed several topics related to raising awareness of personal safety concepts, ways to prevent risks, and an introduction to the legal aspects that contribute to protecting women and safeguarding their rights, thereby strengthening their preventive and legal awareness and supporting their ability to handle various situations with awareness and responsibility.
