The Institutional Performance Evaluation Department at the Defense Industries Commission organized a training workshop on key performance indicators (KPIs), with the participation of a number of the Commission's staff members.
The workshop addressed the importance of performance indicators in measuring the level of achievement, tracking results, and identifying areas for improvement, thereby contributing to enhanced performance and the achievement of institutional goals.
This workshop is part of the Commission's efforts to develop the capabilities of its staff, enhance institutional performance, and establish a work methodology based on planning, measurement, and continuous improvement
