Armored Vehicle Manufacturing
Armored Vehicle Manufacturing
The manufacturing process begins with the design of a robust, blast-resistant vehicle structure. Advanced simulation software is used to evaluate the structure's ability to withstand pressure and impact forces before manufacturing commences.
The vehicle's exterior body is constructed using specialized armor-grade steel plates or advanced aluminum alloys. The windows are fitted with multi-layered bullet-resistant glass designed to provide a level of ballistic protection equivalent to that of the vehicle's armor.
The vehicle is equipped with puncture-resistant tires or a Central Tire Inflation System (CTIS). Military armored variants may also be fitted with combat turrets, depending on their intended operational requirements.
Upon completion of the manufacturing process, the vehicle undergoes rigorous mechanical and ballistic testing to assess its performance, durability, and protective capabilities.
